Koi Body Art

Koi_001_FotorThe ability to change tattoos in an instant in SecondLife is much more convenient than getting one in real life. Getting one in real life is a big deal. That’s permanent. In SecondLife its more like applying body paint to the body and washing it off after you are finished.

In Japanese culture, the koi carp is a highly respected and very symbolic fish that is closely tied to the country’s national identity. – Your Koi Pond

Erratic‘s Koi fish tattoo is a beautiful piece that covers the back and arms of the Maitreya body. The tattoo comes in three different colors as well as a light or dark version, depending on how faded you want the tattoo to appear on your body.

Red Koi are used to indicate energy.

For each photo, I’m using the dark version of the tattoo to show the richness of the detail and color.

Black Koi symbolize love and overcoming adversity.
